With our Winter Stay & Drive package, everything is taken care of.
You will stay for several months in a fully furnished apartment by the sea in the charming village of Myloi, with your own rental car available for your entire stay. No hassle with separate bookings, no dependence on public transport, just the freedom to discover Greece whenever you want.
The package includes:

Myloi is located just a few minutes from the historic town of Nafplio, one of the most beautiful destinations in Greece. The area offers traditional tavernas, scenic walking routes, archaeological sites and a pleasant climate that makes outdoor living enjoyable, even during the winter months.

Important information & conditions
- Minimum rental period: 2 months
- Reservations are confirmed only after an online or in-person introduction
- The apartment is delivered fully furnished and spotlessly clean
- The apartment must be returned clean, tidy, dry and in the same well-maintained condition
- Bed linen, towels and internet are included
- Electricity are charged separately
- Laundry service is available at an additional charge
- Only guests registered and agreed upon in advance may stay in the apartment
- Subletting or use by unregistered third parties is not permitted
- Guests must respect the community rules and quiet hours
- All rubbish must be removed before departure
- All keys must be returned at check-out
- Damage, defects or other issues must be reported immediately, preferably with photographs
- Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their household or visitors, excluding reasonable wear and tear
- Repairs or expenses may only be arranged with prior approval
- Pets are welcome by prior agreement
- Taxi transfers can be arranged at an additional charge
- Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed before arrival
Car included
- One small manual car is included, such as a Fiat Panda, Opel Corsa or similar
- The exact model is subject to availability
- The car will be available at the apartment
- Mileage allowance: 50 km per day, up to 1,500 km per month
- Insurance is included
- The insurance excess ranges from €700 for small manual cars to €1,500 for SUVs
- Fuel is not included
- Vehicle upgrades are available at an additional charge and subject to availability
- The car rental agreement is entered into directly between the guest and PHILIP Rent a Car Argos
- The accommodation provider is not a party to the car rental agreement
- The use of the vehicle is subject to the rental company’s terms and conditions
- Any additional charges, damage, fines or other liabilities relating to the vehicle are handled directly between the guest and PHILIP Rent a Car
